Where do all the boaters come from?

Kelleys Island gets inundated with Boaters every summer, where do they all come from?
Sail Boaters, Power Boaters, Jet Skiers and even people bringing their Canoes over. From a quick trip over for dinner or lunch to weekend boaters, some come back and forth all summer long. Some are local, from Port Clinton, Sandusky, Cleveland, others keep their boats on the North Coast but live in Columbus, Cincinnati, even Chicago.
Some take trips with Yacht Clubs, but where are they all from???

If you have any feedback send to boogannex@gmail.com
Thanks

Miami to Kelleys Island-Heading North

Every year in the spring plenty of Ohio residents that reside in Florida in the winter, start heading back. Some fly, some drive. This year there is a guy from Miami heading up to Kelleys Island on a month long trip starting April 28, up the eastern coast stopping along the way at cities of interests, New York, then across to Ohio, final destination: Kelleys Island!

His name is Alfredo DeLaFuente and you can follow along on-line, interact with your local information, sponsor part of the trip, even request a stop in your city. He will be meeting up with people along the way, getting the down-home scoop from the locals on where to go, what to do, where to stay and where to eat.
Heading NORTH... From South Beach to the North Coast!

More and more people are finding Kelleys Island, the summer place to be. Florida in the summer is too hot and wet, Ohio has awesome summer weather with mid July being the peak of the season. Keep your eye on this guy, I have a feeling it won't be his only adventure.

You can check out his site at www.consergio.com/travel.htm
See you on the island!
